I'm so glad I stopped by on my way to Hicks. I like this nursery so much, and it's been family run for years. They have a huge selection of plants, trees, and more. The staff was very helpful and I highly recommend stopping in for all your gardening supplies.

Andrew showed me all the wonderful flowers for sun, part sun & shade! I saw annuals & perennials. Zaino’s Nursery has all color & sizes of plants. They also helped me estimate the number of plants I needed for the many sides of my house, & the amount of soil builder needed. The tree & shrub selection was excellent & they even have propane. They are open every day! Enjoy your plants!

Starting my spring gardening and shopped here today for the first time this season. Have been shopping here for several years and always very satisfied by their products, service and staff. Their plants are great and prices very fair. In addition, staff is always very helpful and you never have to waste your time hunting down staff for help, unlike the big box stores.

The Zaino family spent decades in the landscape industry before opening the nursery in 1998. What started as a dream has since grown into a trusted garden center serving Nassau County and beyond.

Over the years, we’ve expanded our offerings to include a greenhouse full of annuals and tropicals, a wide selection of bagged soils and mulches, landscape supplies for contractors, and even propane refilling for homeowners and businesses.
